So yesterday I found out my sister in law and her husband are moving. I’m pretty heartbroken. I know it’s going to be good for them and their lives together, but I can’t help but feel a little bit of sadness towards them. I moved here away from my husband in February, primarily because they were two streets away. We moved into this specific house just because it was so close to them. Now.. they’re moving. He got offered a job in Maryland. They’ll be moving in September. I don’t even know what I’m going to do now. I feel like I keep losing people close to me, and by moving back home I could stop that cycle. Alas I cannot, and I am left heartbroken once again. *sigh*
The worst part is Matthew.. I know how much he loves his Aunt and Uncle. He’s not at an age where he can comprehend my explanation, so I’ll just have to avoid the subject as often as possible. He knows the neighborhood they live in, and anytime we go to my husband’s aunt’s house, I know he’ll be looking for her. Blah.

This kid is ridiculous.
First, destroying personal property.
THEN evading arrest.
THEN assaulting an officer.
All within a 10 minute period in our own home! And at the age of two! This is pure domestic violence, folks.

We took Charlie to Spindletop Pitbull Refuge today. It was sad.. I admit I cried like a baby. I got so attached to that dog, and there’s an empty space on my floor where he should be laying while I type on the computer.
My brother is awesome though. He paid SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS to this rescue so that they could take Charlie and pay all his bills and stuff. He is amazing and so selfless.. I just can’t believe how good of a person he is. This is on top of the $300 that the other people who helped rescue him spent on his vet bills, as well as the $100 I spent in gas to drive to Willis, TX and back to take him to the refuge. This dog better end up in some AMAZING home, for all that has been given to him.. he is so loved.

It is already too empty here without him. I can’t believe how attached I got to him in such a short time. He will make someone an amazing pet. If anyone lives in East Texas or knows anybody there.. put the word out. Charlie is at Spindletop Pitbull Refuge and is an AMAZING dog.. obviously so many people are willing to put money on it..
And thank you Angel for talking to me earlier when I was sad right after giving him up.. you definitely cheered me up.
